If the person is unable to relax and achieve peace of mind, then he or she wont be open to suggestions that are made by the hypnotist. If you are the type of person who keeps questioning the validity of each and everything and tends to be negative all the time, then hypnosis may not be the precise technique that should be exercised on you.
