Telecommute; a revolutionizing philosophy for the relationship between the employee and the employer came into practice in the 21st century. The popularity of telecommuting has grown due to its easiness to communicate with the use of technology.

The freedom to choose the time and place to work is the top most advantage in telcommuting. This however does not reduce the hours that an employee has to work but instead utilize the time properly cutting down wasted time.

The concept of working at home boosted in its expectations with the development of the technology. People found it more effective to communicate with the employer over the phone or via email. The relationship between parents and children would be the base for a better society and thus the need for parents to spend more time with their children arises.
Integrating from an existing job to a telecommuting job is far easier than creating jobs to telecommute. This will make sure that an already established employer and employee relationship will provide both the parties some benefits rather than starting the relationship with telecommuting which might become ineffective.

Telecommuting will allow you to spend more time with your family while not degradinging your profession. Considering all the benefits that can be achieved by telecommuting it is more than predictable that majority of jobs could be of telecommute type
